1.        Introduction

3.        Products and Services

We strive to ensure that the information, descriptions, and prices of our Products are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.        Use of Products

Our microneedling devices and other cosmetic products are intended for external use only. Always follow the instructions provided with the Product. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, consult with a healthcare professional before using our Products.

5.        Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit card or cash only. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice.

6.        Shipping and Delivery

We provide 1 to 2 day shipping for a flat rate of 15 AED. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or by third-party delivery services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

7.        Returns and Refunds

We offer a return and refund policy for Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned Product.

8.        Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beaume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Products; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.

9.        Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Products are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of our Products is at your sole risk.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or your purchase of our Products, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, the matter shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one, and the seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on such award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
