ā¢ 0.20-0.25mm: Induction of drugs (e.g. medical creams for treatment of pigment spots) and active substances, epidermal skin regeneration.
ā¢ 0.30-0.75mm: Wrinkles and lines (mainly due to mimic).
ā¢ 1.00 - 1.50mm: Wrinkles at the age of 35 - 50 years, light damage, skin regeneration, hyperpigmentation, improvement of skin texture and elasticity, slight stretch marks, scars, hair loss.
ā¢ 2.00mm: Wrinkles at the age of 50+ years, skin regeneration, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, burn scars, hypertrophic scars.

ā¢ Clean and disinfect the skin areas to be treated with a skin disinfectant, e.g. a skin disinfectant spray with 70% alcohol. ļæ¼
ā¢ For Dermaroller: roll the Dermaroller on the skin areas to be treated with mild to moderate pressure per ~5 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally back and forth. Make sure that you always maintain the same pressure and the same speed.
ā¢ For Dermapen: stamp the skin on the areas to be treated by hand pressure with high frequency.
ā¢ Do not exert increased pressure on the device. Excessive pressu- re and/or excessive treatment, especially on sensitive skin (e.g. skin of the thighs), can cause temporary skin redness.
ā¢ Do not use the device on very sensitive parts of the body such as eyelids and lips.
ā¢ Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
ā¢ If you notice that your skin shows hypersensitive reaction, stop the treatment immediately.
ā¢ Important: a high-quality moisturizer, cream or serum should always be applied to the treated skin after each use of the Der- maroller / Dermapen. For optimal results, we recommend to use the serums from BEAUMEĀ® with Hyaluronic Acid / Collagen / Retinol / Vitamin C / Niacin+ Zinc - highly concentrated, free of parabens, sulfates, alcohol and other harmful ingredients.
ā¢ Do not use the device if the needles look damaged (e.g. in case the product has been dropped).
ā¢ For reasons of hygiene, one device may only be used by one and the same person.
ā¢ The device is designed only for treatment of healthy adult skin.
ā¢ The device is reusable.
ā¢ The device must be disinfected before and cleaned after each tre- atment according to this instruction for use (see "Cleaningā &"Disinfectionā below).
ā¢ Please note that a non-disinfected use of the device carries the risk of skin infection.
ā¢ Make sure the skin has completely regenerated after one tre- atment before undertaking a further treatment.
ā¢ Intense sunlight must be avoided 2 weeks before and after the treatment. Alternatively, an SPF cream must be used.
ā¢ Depending on the treatment intensity, skin redness and swel- ling can be observed for a few hours after the treatment. This is normal and temporary. Itās therefore recommended to perform the treatmen in the evening before the bedtime.

PERCUTANEOUS COLLAGEN INDUCTION (PCI)
In aesthetic medicine, percutaneous collagen induction or so-called needling is a relatively new regenerative treatment method for natural improvement of the skin structure. This simple and nearly free of side effects way to achieve a healthier and younger skin is considered a revolution as:
- the procedure is very easy to perform
- it provides scientifically proven results and
- there is virtually no downtime after the treatment
In contrary to other skin regenerating methods, the skin surface remains intact after a needling treatment, which excludes well known risks such as hyperpigmentation and scarring - this is what makes needling so special.
Until a few years ago, methods such as chemical peelings, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing or plastic surgery were the first choice when it came to medical treatment of wrinkles, photoaging, scars and stretch marks. In case of all the mentioned procedures, the skin undergoes a significant damage with a high risk of possible undesirable side effects.
